Cancellation Process

At B.Molt, every piece is handcrafted in limited quantities, and we value the effort of our artisans in creating your shirt.

• Order Cancellations:
  You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return request under our Return Policy.

• For cancellation requests, please email us at [your support email] with your order number and subject line “Cancellation Request.”

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Since our products are made in limited batches and won’t be restocked once sold, we encourage mindful shopping.
